The numbness means the absent or reduced sensitivity to any of our body parts. This numbness is not any injurious or harmful disease. When this occurred to us, the part, which gets numbed, has no sense at all. In that time period even if we pinch on that part we don’t feel any pain. Mostly the numbness occurs to the hands, legs.
Someone get this numbness to fingers and some other parts. There is no one in the world, who doesn’t get numbness. Even this is occurred to the small children also. Really agree, Did you get numbness any time? OK! Not at all a problem. While reading this post you may remember the chemical called “Chloroform”.
If we spray on any of our body parts then that part become senseless to a sometimes extent. Did you think why and how this occurred in our body parts? Nothing if you didn’t think. I will explain why do we get numbness to our foot and hands in our body and how to reduce this effect not to happen again and again. Let’s move on…
Here’s the reason “Why we get the Numbness”:
If the more force acts on the sensitive body parts like hands, legs etc.., then there may be a chance to stop the blood circulation to them. If the blood stops circulation then the most important thing in our body, “Oxygen” is also stops flowing to the parts where the blood circulation is stopped.
The peak place of the parts which are stopped blood circulation will not get enough amount of oxygen and it stops generating glucose. Then the energy required to those parts is not supplied. This particular lack of sensitiveness in any part of our body is called numbness.
We get numbness if we seated in a place without any movement and also occur when our hands and legs were undergone to more force when we are in sleep. This doesn’t stand for a long time. It decreased when we tend the affected part to some exciting movements.
This is common to everyone. But if this occurs to you frequently then this is an indication to the “Neurasthenia”. This means the low power in the nervous system. If it happens so, surely consult the doctor for any treatment.
